South Bristol Family Hub Hartcliffe is offering a free wellbeing course for parents and carers starting in January, designed to help families start 2026 feeling good.
The course includes a variety of activities focused on wellbeing, including cooking, crafts and gardening sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to learn new skills, meet other parents and carers, and enjoy some time focusing on their own health and happiness. Some sessions will also include breakfast at Hartcliffe City Farm, providing a relaxed and welcoming environment for learning.
This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and carers in the Hartcliffe area to invest in their own wellbeing at the start of the new year. The course is completely free and runs over several weeks, allowing participants to develop new interests and build connections with others in their community.
For full details including dates and times, please see the attached flyer. Anyone interested in joining can contact Helen Richards for more information and to book their place.
