By Sara Eaves
I came in during the Easter holiday to clean up the sensory garden, ready for vegetable planting, and found a little hedgehog caught up in some old netting.
I carefully freed the little hedgehog and gave it some water to drink.
When I went home, I kept thinking about the little hedgehog, so I returned to nursery to collect him and take him home to look after him properly.
At home, I made him a little house and fed him dog biscuits.
The little hedgehog soon made friends with a family of hedgehogs that live in my garden.
Once the little hedgehog was better, I brought him and his new hedgehog house back to the sensory garden so he could find his family again, as they are probably wondering where he had gone.
We hope that the little hedgehog finds his family soon.
Watch this space for more little hedgehog news!
